For unregistered users there are 3 validations daily, for registered users using the Free Plan there are 300 validations monthly.

Yes, but only for bulk validations. You can always download the validation's reports at this page.
You can do as many bulk validations as you want, always between your credits limit, but only 1 at once. If you try to execute a bulk validation with for more emails than your remaining credits, the bulk validation will fail. If you need more that 1 simultaneous bulk validation please contact us.
You can validate up to 10'000 emails at once, in one bulk validation. If you need to expand this limit please contact us.
If you have an active Monthly Subscription Plan it must first be expired before you can buy a new Plan (after the expiration you can buy any kind of Plan you desire). If you have an active One Time Plan and you get this error is because you are trying to buy a Monthly Subscription Plan, if you need further assistance and/or change the Plan please contact the support.
